Anyone chasing public contracts today searches across a dozen portals, and misses exactly the tenders that would have been worth winning.
From the company profile through the scored result list to the deadline in your calendar: one pass through the product, no sign-up.
One system instead of many portals: VergabeRadar pulls the sources together, matches them against your profile and shows you which tenders are worth your time, and why.
VergabeRadar does not just show you results, it explains the fit.

Every result is calculated from concrete signals by a fixed set of rules: how far the CPV codes overlap, where your keywords appear in the title and the specification, whether the tender sits in your target regions. VergabeRadar does not just tell you how well a tender fits. It shows you the arithmetic.
Results below score 2 never reach your list in the first place.
An optional AI pass rates how well the content fits on top of that and can move the score up or down by one point. The rule-based arithmetic stays visible either way.
Very good fit
Landratsamt Böblingen · Baden-Württemberg
And when a tender does not fit, the score says so just as plainly:
Weak fit

Formal CPV codes combined with your own keywords. That surfaces tenders that fit thematically as well.
Title, contracting authority, deadline, source, region, contract value and fit score, all in one place.
An additional AI pass reads the title and the specification and rates how well the content fits your profile, including where CPV codes and keywords alone fall short. The rule-based score stays fully traceable throughout.

“The specification lines up with your profile: process consulting for public administration.”
Once the matching is done, VergabeRadar supports the actual work: save, get reminded, put deadlines in your calendar.

Save interesting tenders with one click and find them together again, separate from the running result list.

Optional email with your new top results and approaching submission deadlines as a short summary.

VergabeRadar tracks TED, service.bund.de and other German procurement portals: checked daily, merged across sources and scored against your profile.
VergabeRadar automatically processes the central German and European procurement sources every day, among them TED (the Official Journal of the EU), service.bund.de, oeffentlichevergabe.de and Vergabemarktplatz NRW. Tenders that appear in several sources are recognised as duplicates and merged into a single result.
The fit score from 1 to 5 is calculated from concrete signals by a fixed set of rules: how far the CPV codes overlap, where your keywords appear in the title and the description, and whether the tender sits in one of your target regions. Every result states which signals produced its score. An additional semantic AI check can sharpen the assessment of the content, but it never replaces the traceable calculation.
Procurement portals publish every tender in their remit and leave the research to you. VergabeRadar matches the publications of several sources against your company profile automatically, prioritises the results by fit and estimated contract value, and gives a reason for every score. You end up reviewing fewer tenders, but the relevant ones.
Yes. Alongside EU-wide procurement above the thresholds, VergabeRadar also covers national German tenders below them, for example awards under UVgO and VOB. For mid-sized companies in particular, many of the commercially attractive contracts sit there.
Tender monitoring costs €99 per month billed monthly and €79 per month billed annually. On top of that there is a one-off potential analysis for €299, in which we sharpen your CPV codes, keywords and sources together into a more precise search profile. All prices are net prices for business customers plus statutory VAT. VergabeRadar can be tried free for 14 days. No payment details, and access ends automatically. The demo appointment is free as well.
You set up your company profile once, with your services, target regions, CPV codes and keywords. After that the matching runs automatically every day. There is nothing to install, VergabeRadar runs in the browser.
No. VergabeRadar includes a searchable CPV library that helps you find the codes matching your services. On top of that you add your own keywords, so that tenders which fit thematically become visible even when the CPV taxonomy alone would not catch them.
VergabeRadar is built for mid-sized companies and service providers that want to open up public contracts systematically, among them consultancies, IT service providers, engineering and planning offices, providers around energy and infrastructure, and training organisations.
