Questions about pricing and contract terms
How does the free trial work?
You try VergabeRadar for 14 days without entering any payment details. After 14 days your access ends on its own; there is nothing to cancel.
How long does the subscription run, and how do I cancel?
The subscription runs for a month or a year, depending on the plan, and renews for the same period unless you cancel before the current one ends. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the billing period, in text form to info@vergabe-radar.com.
Do I get an invoice showing VAT?
Yes. All prices are net prices plus statutory VAT, which is shown separately at checkout and on the invoice. Customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID may be invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure. Payment is processed by Stripe.
What is the difference between the tool and the potential analysis?
The VergabeRadar tool is a subscription: it keeps monitoring new tenders and scores them against your profile. The potential analysis is a one-off service in which we sharpen CPV codes, keywords and sources into a search profile with you. It does not include access to the tool; that requires a subscription.
How many people can use one account?
Access is granted to the business email address you enter when ordering. If several people in your company should work with VergabeRadar, write to us beforehand at info@vergabe-radar.com.
